Overview
Role: Part Time Customer Care Advisor (22.5hrs) Location: Stockport (SK5) Greater Manchester Contract: Temp to Perm Pay: £8.50 per hour Hours: 3x days (9am-5pm) Responsibilities Handle Inbound telephony queries Meet individual/customer service team targets and call handling quotas set by the business Data entry Work within regulatory and Data Protection requirements Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keeping records of customer interaction Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Additional duties may be assigned or existing duties may alter PLEASE NOTE: Cordant People are an equal opportunities employer Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
