Electrical Technician

Paradigms compliance electrical team is an integral service required to ensure 100% electrical compliance on all of our properties. You will carry out day to day electrical maintenance work including EICRs, installation, service, repairs, re-wires to domestic properties and carry out emergency lighting annual testing and other duties allocated to as the business may require. You will work unsupervised and in accordance with all Paradigms policies and procedures to achieve a first time fix level of service whilst providing excellent customer service to our tenants.
