Overview
The Role Our Client based in Biggleswade is currently recruiting for a Stores Person to join a busy team at a leading manufacturing company. Responsibilities Assist with returns Liaising with procurement and build teams. Booking component parts into and out of the stores area using an ERP system. Delivering and collecting various parts from local suppliers. Assisting machine packing. Assisting the production team in moving of products with a Forklift You're Skills Good inter-personal skills including team work and a hands on approach. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Complete tasks in an efficient, fast and friendly manner. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience within a Stores department is highly desirable. Counterbalance forklift licence is not mandatory however, would be an advantage. UK driving licence required. - You must be over 25 years of age for insurance purposes. Heavy lifting of up-to 20kg Experience using a stock management system (ERP) Good PC skills (MS Word and Excel). This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate Monday to Friday 8am-4pm. £9.00 - £10.00 per hour depending on experience.
