Overview
Our client is a industry-changing, revolutionary robotics company who have recently had a multi-million pound parent company investment. You will be the main point of contact for key customers in the POC/Deployment and post-sales phase, ensuring customers are trained and provided with a thorough onboarding process so as to become advocates moving forward. In the longer term, this will result in maximizing customer satisfaction and increasing adoption. By becoming a trusted advisor in a consultative manner, you will understand customer's challenges and goals to drive adoption, retention and growth in the business. Our client is a true innovator, has a genuinely impressive technology portfolio (utilising a combination of AI & Robotics) and is going through an exciting period of growth across the entire business which is reflected in the significant multi-million pound investment made to the business. Given the nature of a very early start-up, there are plenty of opportunities to grow, develop, progress and increase scope for progression in your career. Responsibilities: You will be the main point of contact for key clients Train new clients how to use and get the best out of the product Be able to develop healthy relationships with clients to increase the likelihood of them becoming advocates of the product. Work closely and successfully with a small start-up team. Perform in numerous roles if/when needed. Requirements: 1-2 years of Customer Success or customer facing experience Be able to adapt to new and immediate business demands Degree preferred but not essential Be energetic and thrive in a start-up environment Excellent communication and presentation skills
