Vacancy- DevOps Engineer Location- Reading Term- Permanent Salary- Up to £60,000 per annum (Depending on experience) My client, a well known organisation based in Reading is looking for a DevOps Engineer to come on board and add to their growing team of professionals. You will improve processes through automation whilst designing and implementing the solution and bring onboard new technologies. If you are interested in joining a well established, modern company who can offer great career benefits and progression opportunities, please apply with an up to date CV ASAP The DevOps Engineer will have some of the following attributes: DevOps Experience Strong experience working with a Windows environment AWS Cloud experience Exposure of Docker and Kubernetes Scripting experience – Python / Bash / PowerShell Experience working in an Agile environment would be beneficial but not necessary Networking knowledge Experience with configuration management tools- Chef, Puppet, Ansible As the DevOps Engineer your main duties will include: Design and build cloud monitoring solutions Adopt and develop new DevOps processes Rollout monitoring operations to DevOps and Infrastructure teams Design new solutions with the development teams Adopt and deliver new technologies Secure computing facilities to reduce any security risks Execute automation, integration, security and improve existing features of services and operation practises As the DevOps Engineer your benefits will include: Up to £60,000 salary depending on experience Strong holiday package Opportunity to gain IT Certifications, covered by the business Strong pension scheme and life insurance Room to grow and progress within the business If you are interested in this DevOps position based in Reading, please apply with an up to date CV ASAP.
