Spa Therapist – Experience/Skills: · Eligible to live & work in UK (Documents required) · Minimum two years’ experience in beauty industry · Recognised beauty therapy qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 / BTEC in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO etc.) · Retail sales experience beneficial; Elemis training advantageous · Exceptional customer care with friendly demeanour · Great communication skills Spa Therapist – Role: You will take care of all areas of operation and carry out all treatments to high standards. You will make aftercare recommendations, offer to prepare products for purchase, encourage guests to return to spa by recommending ongoing treatment programmes; cross-selling other business centres and represent the spa at various spa events.
