Site Manager - Construction My client is a privately owned Contractor that currently enjoys a turnover of nearly £250m. With a number of offices across the UK, the business is growing very quickly and they have the ambition to compete against some of the Top 10 Contractors in the UK. Operating Area; - Accommodation / Commercial / Industrial / Retail / Distribution Etc. Values; - £4m up to £40m / Role: They are looking for a Site Manager to work on a £18m scheme which comprises of the conversion of offices to high residential schemes in Birmingham.
