A client I am in collaboration with have recently started a search for a PCO DIRECTOR/ LEAD to join their expanding patient reported outcomes division. They are a looking for a experienced PRO/PCO individual within the life science area, who has had more than 5 years within the field, to help lead an exciting, NEW, consultancy team. They are looking for an entrepreneurial individual that can come in and really define and develop both the role and team forward at a fast pace by having a proactive approach to drive projects forward. My client are an innovative global healthcare consultancy who work with the top 10 40 pharmaceutical companies across the globe. They have created 3 expert practices within their businesses and this position would be working within their Market Access and HEOR division. Key Experience; - Experienced within RWE/ HEOR/ PRO in the life science industry - Competency in literature reviews, qualitative and quantitative research - PCO related scientific studies, presentations and publications - Experience in a consultancy based environment This opportunity is great for an individual that would like to work as part of a Senior Management team in order to input and deliver against the strategic plan for the development of the business.
