Pegasus Accounting Software Support - (Opera 3, Opera 11, Operations, CIS, etc) - Hemel Hempstead - to £30kpa Our International Hertfordshire based consulting client is looking for an experienced Pegasus Support Consultant to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for continual customer contact, providing help and guidance to customers with questions of a product and technical nature. A key requirement will be to carry out thorough investigations and analysis on all issues and to put forward ideas for improving the services offered by our clients team. An understanding of accounting practices is needed and previous Pegasus software experience is essential. It is expected that you will have at least 3 years recent application / software support of Pegasus accounting products which will include - Opera 3, Opera 11, Operations, CIS, Capital Gold Accounts and Capital Gold Payroll). In addition you must be able to diagnose issues quickly and accurately as well as prioritise and organise the workload.
