Overview
I am currently working with an exciting company based in Ashby, due to the expansion of their business, I am looking for an experienced credit controller to join their team. Your core responsibility will be to maximise the debt position of the business by ensuring customers pay their terms. The Main responsibilities with include, Maximising cash collection Staying in accordance with company policy and procedures Ensuring customers trade with agreed credit limits Ensure all customers contact records are updated accurately Collection of aged debt, overdue payments, bad debt in line with set KPI's You will frequently review the order list and daily payments received to ensure accounts are up to date and accurate. Ideal Specification You will have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role You will have previous exposure to sales ledger You will be a proficient user of the Microsoft Office packages (especially Word and Excel) Strong written and verbal with company policy and procedures Ensuring customers trade with agreed credit limits Ensure all customers contact records are updated accurately Collection of aged debt, overdue payments, bad debt in line with set KPI's You will frequently review the order list and daily payments received to ensure accounts are up to date and accurate.
