Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced administrator to work in a busy environment on an ongoing temporary basis. Main Tasks Answering phones Meeting and greeting clients and staff ordering stationary and operational supplies Filing/Shredding Scanning and uploading documents Document control Fleet management including monitoring vehicle service, road tax, fuel cards et c Checking time sheets against trackers Organising and minuting staff meetings Checking and logging suggestion box Checking and monitoring cleaning rota Assisting with the preparation of new employee documentation Compilation of data and reports Apply now Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
