Overview
Family Solicitor QED Legal are recruiting for a leading practice based in South Buckinghamshire who are currently seeking a mid-level Family Solicitor. This dynamic and growing firm have been in operation for over 20 years in Buckinghamshire where they've been specialists operating in all major practices across both commercial law and private law. They are now looking for a recently qualified Solicitor to join their Family department and handle a caseload of Private Family matters with a focus on High Net Worth Families, both Nationally and Internationally. Your caseload will include but not be limited to; Divorce, Children Act Proceedings and Financial cases. In addition to fee earning you will also be required to participate in Business Development and marketing activities for the firm and department. Applications are invited from Solicitors between a minimum of 4 PQE however, those that fall just outside of this banding will also be considered providing they have the relevant experience at a reputable practice.
