Overview
The Business My Client is a well established property development company based in Worcester. They are highly entreprenurial in their approach, leading to a range of different businesses being run under one umbrella company. It is a small team with great personality. The Role This role is vital to the ongoing sucsess of the business, leading management reporting and cashflow with a complex structure. The role also takes overall responsibility for the broarder finance team Extracting financial information and accurate reporting to senior management on an ongoing basis. Creation of reports as needed and required. Ensuring data is accurately recorded, monitoring nominal ledgers for all companies. Working to oversee all banking balances and checking payments. Maintaining digital and paper files Producing monthly management accounts for the group company, monthly journals and adjustments Responding to requests for information, ensuring that information provided is accurate and well researched. Work alongside the Finance and Facilities team members and other company wide employees to ensure the smooth running of the office and company, working reliably, cooperatively and with flexibility. Undertake other duties as may be requested from time to time. The Candidate You will be experienced in Financial Management, ideally within a property company. You will be flexible in your approach, comfortable with the diverse range of operations within a smaller company. In return you will recieve a competetive package, and flexible working.
