Overview
Vibrant and expanding law firm have an opening for a full time, permanent Recovery Handler within their Orpington office. The firm are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual to work closely with a large motor insurer. You will be responsible for running your own caseload whilst working in a busy and vivacious team. You should be committed to delivering a great customer service, be organised and have the ability to work under pressure. You will receive new claims from the insurer client which relate to road traffic accidents with the aim of recovering the insurers money back from the at fault party. In order to be successful in recovering this money you will be required to investigate the claim, apply for police reports, review CCTV footage and liaise closely with the insurer client, the policyholder, brokers and the third party insurers. Experience is desired by not essential as full training can be provided.
