Overview

Our client, based in the service industry, is looking for a Part Time Administrator to support their management team in all aspects of their office administration. Hours of work: Monday - Friday 1pm-5pm Role and Responsibilities for the position of Part Time Administrator: Updating customer records on the database system Diary management and scheduling Creating client files and ensuring all relevant information is on file, liaising with clients to gain additional information Filing documents electronically to company's database Reception and telephonist duties; ensuring a warm welcome to the company and accurate taking of messages Photocopying, scanning and filing and general administrative support Skills Required for the role of Part Time Administrator: The most important requirement for this position is for someone to be proactive, this is a small office environment and needs someone who , once trained in their processes, is prepared to do whatever needs to be done without having to be asked. Experience in Administration is essential Strong organisational skills, able to manage your own workload and be accurate in your work First class written and verbal communication skills , and a professional telephone manner Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. Be a team player, able to multi task. Must be able to work additional hours to cover holidays
