Overview
You will need to have an out going attitude, capable of prioritising work loads and can work under pressure and can communicate with people on all other different levels. Requirements in order to be successful: Inputting of payments bacs, cheques, card and Direct Debit Allocating of payments to remittances provided Chasing debts by telephone, letter and email in line with weekly debtor reports produced Setting up and maintaining accounts to pay by Direct Debits Liaising with customers and internal departments concerning queries on invoices with the aim to resolve as efficiently as possible Dispatching monthly statements via post and e mail Reducing late payments and bad debt Assisting the Credit Manager with the preparation of forecasts Alerting the Credit manager where risks of bad debt may occur or accounts queries are prevalent Reconciliation of overdue accounts Managing cash collections for allocating portfolio of customers Prioritise work loads Excellent Communication skills
