Commercial Administrator part time 24 hours

THE COMPANY: Brewster Partners are working exclusively with our client in Barnsley to recruit their Commercial Administrator on a part time basis, working 24 hours per week over 3 days. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role within the construction arm of this highly successful organisation. THE JOB: The Commercial Administrator will join a small team at their offices in Barnsley. The role is fast paced and offers a varied workload. Duties & Responsibilities: Credit authorisation Credit note analysis Monthly rebate accrual Customer rebate payments Monthly turnover spreadsheets for each client Deliver online turnover figures NMBS monthly figures Customer turnover figures Report on branch sales figures General sales figures for externals when needed Print off month end reports Organising price increase when applicable Agents commission Assisting stock-takes THE PERSON: The successful Commercial Administrator will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You will be driven by delivering exceptional service to a high standard. You will be eager to learn, asking relevant questions and working closely with the key members of the company to develop your skill set and achieve tasks to deadlines. A confident telephone manner and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel are essential.
