Family Solicitor

A well established regional law firm is now seeking an experienced family solicitor or legal executive to join the Family Law Team in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Your role as the family solicitor will be to handle a broad caseload consisting of all areas in privately funded family matters. Your caseload will be including: divorce and financial remedy issues children and injunction matters surrogacy cohabitee disputes pre and postnuptial agreements You'll be taking over an existing client base and you will also be given the opportunity to network/market the Family Law Department. You must be a qualified family solicitor or legal executive with 3 years' PQE in handling a full caseload of your own. You will be used to working with little supervision and undertaking advocacy with a keen interest in networking. A driving licence is essential as you'll be expected to attend client meetings at several regional offices across Cheshire.
