Residential Property Development Solicitor

This boutique law firm in Wells, Somerset is busy in both its Residential and Commercial Property Teams. Due to succession planning the firm now seeks a senior solicitor or legal executive to join the team, where you will likely join as a senior associate and progress to partnership in due course. As a residential property development solicitor/legal executive, you will join a friendly team of around 10 qualified fee earners, plus additional legal assistants and support staff. Most of your daily responsibilities will revolve around development, as you will mainly be acting for landowners but also developers on large and small projects. You will oversee transactions and be involved at every stage from beginning to end. This is a key appointment for the firm and as such you will need to be a senior solicitor/lawyer. Qualified solicitors and legal executives with at least 5-6 years' PQE are encouraged to apply. You will progress onto partnership. You should have exceptional client care skills and be able to deliver a class A legal service to clients. This role is ideally to be based in Wells, but there can be some flexibility on location. In return for your expertise, you will receive a fantastic salary of up to £65,000. Very friendly team.
