Employment Lawyer, Kings Lynn – 1, Circa £30,000 - £40,000 – Established regional practice with a strong reputation within the East Anglia region – JOB TITLE: Employment Lawyer PQE REQUIRED: 1 LOCATION: Kings Lynn SALARY: Circa £30,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on skills and experience) THE ROLE: The need has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join the employment department of this well-established practice. You will be expected to advise on the full spectrum of employment law and act on behalf of both employers and employees. The employment team advises on all types of employment related matters including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination, redundancy, breach of contract, and settlement agreements. The role will be varied and you will also be required to represent clients in Employment Tribunal claims. THE CANDIDATE: Ideal Employment Solicitors or Legal Executives will have experience in covering the full remit of employment law on behalf of both employees and employers. Suitable Employment Solicitors will have proven experience in advising both employers and employees in employment disputes and drafting employment contracts for employers. The firm are keen to hear from individuals who are able to deal with an existing caseload and possess the capability to come in and hit the ground running. More experienced Employment Solicitors will be considered for this role. You must have at least 1 years PQE in dealing with all types of employment related matters and have a keen interest in dealing with Employment Tribunal claims.
