Overview

The Compliance Administrator will join a busy small team responsible for maintaining the Firm’s compliance with its regulatory obligations and in accordance with the Firm’s policies and procedures. This involves working closely with other members of the compliance team and across the Firm. Key Responsibilities . Manage incoming requests to the Risk and Compliance team Data inputting Making sure client details are correctly entered and formatted in the system. Keeping client information up to date by liaising with key client contacts on any changes. Become familiar with the firms policies and procedures to be able to provide guidance. Assist the Risk and Compliance Officer and Compliance Coordinators with day to day matters aiding own learning and development. Assisting with the administration of the firm’s accreditations. Carrying out individual projects and ad hoc tasks to support the development of the Compliance team’s systems and procedures. Skills and Experience: Previous office experience essential with good Microsoft Office skills Confident in working without close supervision once training provided Excellent analytical skills, written communication skills, and judgement Solid competence and accuracy in producing IT work - ideally spreadsheets plus data entry and other IT systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to demonstrate investigative skills both online and on paper Participative team player, keen to share skills and experience and develop colleagues/learn from them.
