Machine Operators

Our well established client based in Gravesend is seeking temporary Machine Operators covering a shift pattern on both days and nights. This role will involve operating various automated equipment to package goods for distribution and carries responsibility for quality testing, product tracking and production reporting along with taking ownership for housekeeping of your designated area. If you have a current forklift licence, this would be an advantage. You will need the drive to keep motivated and focused, be a team player with good communication skills, have the ability to work with others to build mutual trust and respect, be adaptable, focused and driven to succeed. You must be able to meet all required standards of safety, quality and behaviours, be computer literate, self-motivated and have a willingness to learn new skills. The shift hours are 5.30am to 5.30pm then 5.30pm to 5.30am rotating two days then two nights followed by six off, which will include weekends. The above hourly rate is while you are training.
