Overview
Quinton Davies are currently partnering with a market leading accounting firm in Leeds. Your role is to profitably manage a substantial portfolio of clients in the office, ensuring both excellent client service and making a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the business. You will be expected to execute work efficiently, delivering excellent service and bringing the full capability of the client to support their clients. You will act as a role model for more junior members of the team, providing on-the-job coaching and always adhere to the firm's risk management policies, delivering work to the highest quality. Successful candidates should be able to effectively manage the Audit process with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters, they will also be able demonstrate expertise in primary accounting frameworks (UK GAAP or IFRS) and in related financial reporting matters. You will need to be able to provide on-the-job training for developing auditing skills and familiarity with the firm's audit methodology. You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent with a career background and strength within audit, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed your career to around the Audit Manager level and be looking to take your career to the next level, within a firm and role where you can see a genuine clear progression and development path on offer.
