A well regarded and award-winning law firm based in Cardiff. Due to expansion they are looking for strong property lawyers to join their practice and help enhance their market reputation. The Opportunity: On a broad spectrum as you will possess a comprehensive knowledge of property law you will deal with all aspects of Conveyancing. This will include but not be limited to dealing with: sales and purchase transactions; leasehold and freehold properties; new builds; re-mortgages; transfer of equity; unregistered land; among others. Within a fee earning position you will work within a busy team and have support, both legal and administrative. Structured progression is also on offer for the right individual. What’s needed for me to be considered? Be a qualified property lawyer: either as a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor Ability to handle a mixed conveyancing caseload of instruction to completion Strong client care, IT and business development skills What next?
