Overview

The Role: We're on a mission to digitize an entire industry Want to join forces? We are currently in the process of expanding our Team and are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Software Developer. In this role, you will be working alongside a small expert team to build new products and modernise our existing platforms using the latest technologies and techniques including Serverless architectures, API driven backends with React based UI frameworks. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Taking part in software and architectural development activities; Involved in design, implementation and maintenance of applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical solutions such as DocHub and CMatch Liaising with product owners to understand the requirements from various clients and converting the requirements to low level design documents Transforming requirements into low level tasks and providing estimates Developing technical designs for application development, ensuring designs comply with specifications delivering high availability and performance Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code using latest technical stack like AWS Cloud, Java technologies, Node.JS, Jasper etc. Conducting software analysis, programming, unit testing, and debugging Preparing and producing releases of software components using GIT version control software Supporting Continuous Integration/Development, Investigating alternatives technologies/approaches Providing updates to the management team as needed The Candidate Graduate in Computer Science or related field Hands on knowledge of Java and related Java framework with at least one of the following ideally - JavaScript, C, C++ Familiarity with Serverless tools and technologies, such as React, AWS Lambda, AWS Amplify, GraphQL an advantage Regular user of Git (ideally with publicly available repos that can be viewed) Experience of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery useful Exposure to DLTs such as Blockchain helpful Eager to learn and contribute Apply by : 17 April 2020 by sending your CV and cover letter %MCEPASTEBIN%
