Overview

Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Permanent - West Sussex Our leading Financial Services client is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to come on board and work closely with Finance & HR Functions in managing all payroll and benefits for the company. The role will involve also working on implementation projects, managing and evaluating current payroll process and procedures and developing recommendations. The role will require processing payroll from start to finish, liasing with HMRC, auditing all change of employee details, creation of monthly BACS files. Also Managing and reconciling all pension deductions and refunds to employees, managing annual benefit renewals and analysing yearly benefits. To be considered we are looking for someone with the following experience: Proven experience working in a similar position Good working knowledge of payroll - Sage CIPP qualification a preference Experience of processing start to finish payroll Strong MS Office with advanced Excel skills Experience liaising with benefit providers (pension, private healthcare etc) Excellent planning and organisational skills Please email your CV for more information.
