Your challenge, should you choose to accept: Your Mission as a Recruiter will be to initiate the hiring process through proficient recruiting efforts, interviewing, qualifying and converting candidates to successfully register to start work with our client. The project will run for the next 4-6 weeks and you will need to be available for the duration of the project and based in or around Cambridge Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Convert Applicants - Facilitate effective registration and on boarding via Adecco. Facilitate the candidate registration process successfully and in accordance with organisational requirements ensuring compliance and other standards met Interview & Qualify - Proactively schedule, interview and qualify a high volume of candidates. Enter and track candidate progress within the platform Customer Service - must always present a friendly and professional manner to provide the best experience to the candidates Process driven - Must be able to follow and understand operational processes. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 1- 3 years' experience in recruiting, such as an entry level Recruiter or HR coordinator Track record of success in a highly target driven environment KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS: Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Highly motivated team player with a high sense of urgency Effective communication skills and ability to deliver results Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage one's own time in a fast-paced multi-dimensional environment Ability to deliver under pressure and excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient with MS products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive) Must Drive Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
