If you would love to join their award-winning customer service team as they embark on a new chapter, we would love to hear from you Job Duties: Answering company telephone and meeting and greeting visitors Managing post including sending of samples to clients Raising orders, quotes & invoices Setting up new customer accounts - data entry onto CRM Liaise with manufacturing regarding bespoke orders Setting up new customer accounts Managing customer accounts and liaising with customers by phone or e-mail on a daily basis Processing returns and chasing outstanding payments Handle customer complaints Scanning and sending documents Person Specification: Strong background within a customer service/account management role Previous experience processing sales orders/purchase orders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word Polite and professional telephone manner Well organised Additional Information & Benefits: Onsite parking provided Sick Benefit (after 6 month probation) Pension Scheme Life Assurance (Death in service) Eye Care voucher 25 days annual leave bank holidays Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
