Overview
Our client is a prestigious and established Property Management company based in North London. Due to continual expansion the client is looking to recruit an experienced Property/Block Manager to join them and take charge of looking after a number of blocks. Duties to include: Managing a prestigious residential block property portfolio Overseeing the day to day property maintenance Carrying out regular site visits to ensure that all buildings are in accordance with RICS code of practice Ensuring compliance with section 20 legislation Reviewing property insurance Project manage major internal and external works Assisting with service charge and ground rent calculations Managing and setting budgets Dealing with tenants and leaseholder queries Circulating information to residents concerning management issues Skills and attributes: Previous experience in Block Management Excellent IT skills IRPM or RICS qualifications are desirable but not essential This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property / Block Manager to join this expanding and successful company.
