2nd Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst £30,000 - £35,000 benefits 2nd Line Support Analyst / Service Desk Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst / Retail My client are a leading Retail Fashion business based in London, they are looking for an experienced, front footed and personable 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their small Support function. You will be responsible for providing hands on 2nd line support in a busy multichannel retail environment covering a number of systems, technologies (O365, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server) and locations. You will need experience providing reactive 2nd line support ensuring that support and resources are available to respond to issues in the timescales required. The successful candidate will have hands on experience of working in a small, tight knit IT/helpdesk/2nd line support function and ideally have a background in retail, fashion or customer services.
