Overview

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a part time temporary ongoing Sales Administrator for their client based just outside of Nottingham City Centre. You will be joining a small, friendly team in lovely offices, with onsite parking. This is an all-round Administration role which will be responsible for a variety of different tasks: Responsibilities will include : Dealing with customer queries Liaising with sales, operations and accounts department Issuing credits to accounts Provide support to the operations and sales team ensuring full customer satisfaction Ensure the efficient processing of customer orders Provide accurate and timely communications to customers regarding their orders and enquiries Effectively handle customer complaints and ensure timely responses to such complaints Hours of work : MUST BE FLEXIBLE 3 days a week MONDAY TUESDAY THURSDAY hours may increase depending on workload. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Sales Administrator position and also be able to work within a fast paced environment.
