Overview

Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the customer service team. Working as part of an extremely friendly and supportive team. Job Description: Providing excellent customer service Order processing Answering the phone and handling queries Dealing with returns and repairs Query solving Support UK Sales Team General marketing to accounts (pricelists, images, e-shots etc) Personal Specification: Some previous marketing experience Must have excellent telephone skills Very organised Good IT Skills, including Excel and Photoshop Good sense of awareness with regard to rest of the office Work on own or as part of a team Ability to absorb and recall information Additional Information: Based in Chessington £25,000 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm 23 days holiday (three to be taken at Christmas) rising to 25 after a year AE Pension scheme Private healthcare scheme Onsite parking
