Assistant Care Co-ordinator - Dudley This position is a great opportunity for Newly Qualified Social Workers that are looking for their first step into social work. This role will give the perfect opportunity to work with a supportive local authority. •Involvement in the Care Management process working alongside a Senior Social Worker or Assistant Team Manager •Working with vulnerable adults, assessing their needs and helping to contribute to the development of support plans, that can enable them to achieve the optimum level of independence •Provide sensitive, responsive, and appropriate response to people who use services and their carers As mentioned above this position is perfect for newly qualified social workers who are looking for that initial role within a statutory setting, and Dudley MBC in particular are keen to help social work students to progress their careers.
