Registered Nurse - Day or Night Shifts

Here at Care South we have some fantastic opportunities for a Registered Nurses to join us at Sussexdown, our beautiful care home in West Sussex, RH20 4DA Permanent opportunity - Full, Part Time or Bank hours £17.75 - £18.00 per hour Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays As a Nurse at Sussexdown you'll lead our dedicated Day or Night care team, taking responsibility for care planning and drug administration. Regular contact with residents' families and friends, and other health professionals, is also part of this role and will need to be managed confidentially and sensitively. Ideally you will bring prior experience of working with older people in a nursing home environment, however we will also consider and support qualified nurses who want to continue their career in this setting. You must be highly conscientious in your approach to work and able to work independently and lead a shift, including supervising care assistants. On duty you will take the lead on delivering clinical care to resident with a range of nursing needs and liaising with external clinical professionals including GP's and hospital doctors.
