Job Title: M&E Maintenance Engineer Salary: £35,000 Benefits Training Progression Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am – 5pm Location: Birmingham A fantastic opportunity has become available to work for one of the UK’s leading FM companies to work on the most prestigious commercial buildings in the Birmingham area. My client is currently looking for a Electrical biased Maintenance Engineer covering all electrical and mechanical building maintenance working in a commercial environment such as offices etc. Some of the jobs that may arise in this role could include:Electrical fault finding, HV Switching, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors, emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's and general air conditioning maintenance.
