Service Engineer (Agricultural) Frome, covering the South West £12.50 to £14.00 OTE £40,000 Holiday Company Pension Life Assurance Van Fuel Card Formal Manufacturer training In house training Monday to Friday 40 hour week Overtime paid at premium rates Service Engineer required for international manufacturer and service provider of special purpose machinery within the agricultural sector offering fantastic training and earning potential. The Service Engineer will need to have experience on ANY agricultural, plant or fork lift machinery. You will work longer hours during the harvest season and be more workshop based in the winter months, so will need to be comfortable with this structure. If you are coming from a forklift/plant backgrounds you will need to be comfortable and interested in learning agricultural machinery and attending manufacturing training throughout the year. The Service Engineer role will involve the maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery, fork lifts and plant equipment. You will typically carry out reactive maintenance during summer months and this could involve mechanical and electrical work. In the quitter winter months you will be more workshop based, carrying out preventative work and more in depth machine repairs.
