Overview
Our exciting client based on the outskirts of Bournemouth, is looking for talented, enthusiastic and motivated staff to join their enthusiastic, friendly team. You will be responsible for handling both in-bound and outbound telephone contacts, e-mails and written correspondence into the department. As part of a team, you will ensure you provide the highest professional standards of communication and customer care, to customers that are struggling, for various reasons, to pay their utility bill. Having experience of Civil Litigation and Enforcement in connection with debt collection will be advantageous, although FULL TRAINING will be given. Core Duties and Responsibilities: Resolve customer situations and handle escalated customer contact Manage individual customer cases using appropriate ligation and enforcement strategies to maximise debt collection whilst adhering to court process. Knowledge of external regulatory frameworks including Civil Procedure Rules in connection with debt collection, ensuring compliance with Company commitments to the same. Work will involve incoming and outbound telephone contacts, written correspondence, non-contact administration and representing the Client in contact with third parties Personal Qualities Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
