My client is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager who will provide the best quality care and support and maintain their Outstanding CQC report. It will be your duty to lead the team and creating a positive and friendly environment for all the residents. As Home Manager it is your responsibility to balance budgets, set out marketing strategies, lead your team and spend quality time with residents. The organisation is offering an exciting opportunity for a candidate seeking a new challenge who possesses experience as a Home Manager and is a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN).
