Overview
Agency Support Workers required in and around Colchester and Clacton-On-Sea. Flexible Working available Your new company Supports Workers are required around Colchester and Clacton on Sea. You will be supporting adults and with moderate to severe Learning and Physical Disabilities, Epilepsy, Autism and some behaviours that challenge. Your new role You will be supporting the needs of service users to promote their independence and will help their learning. You will be supporting them in the community and helping them to live a fulfilled life whilst receiving outstanding care What you'll need to succeed You must have previous experience working with Adults within a residential or supported living setting and ideally experience of working with challenging behaviour. A driving licence would be preferred, but not essential.
