Overview
Job title: Lettings Progressor Location: Croydon Salary: £21,000 to £23,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm. Wednesdays you will have the day off. Saturdays 9am - 5pm My client is looking for a Lettings Progressor to start ASAP within her small team. You will be responsible for progressing the tenancy from the point of offer received from the Negotiator up until the move in. Duties include but not limited to: Liaising with tenant referencing, Inventory clerks & other third parties. Update the internal CRM system. Dealing with enquiries Updating the tenant with regards to their let. General Office Administration Liaising with landlords Check over properties before move in and arranging any repairs where necessary Diary management Follow up references and carry out Tenant ID checks in line with the current legislation Assist with general Office Administration tasks Ensuring full compliance with the latest lettings legislation and best practice procedures The ideal person will: Be bubbly and easy going Must have a can-do attitude Willing to get stuck in Have a good telephone manner MUST be willing to learn You will need your own car and a clean full UK driving license.
