New Job An exciting opportunity for an EL/PL Solicitor or Fee Earner in Manchester (M16). Please contact me on / or email for a confidential chat. jobs insurance personal injury My client, a multi-service law firm, is now looking for a Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their well established Claimant EL/PL litigation department. The individual will be joining a small team of Fee Earners handling an interesting and complex mix of fast-track and high value matters from inception to conclusion. Their caseload will include a mix of pre and post-litigation matters. Duties in this role will include: Liaising with interested parties such as clients and insurers; Court telephone hearings; Accurate time recording, case management and billing; Allocation of funds; Delegating tasks where appropriate; Undertaking periodic reviews of files; Providing updates to clients; Meeting performance targets; Complying with ISO 9001 guidelines; Ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct 2011 Part time workers will be considered by my client.
