We currently have 30 care homes covering Mental Health, Nursing, Learning Difficulties, Rehabilitation, Challenging behaviours and residential care. About Ramsgate Care Centre Ramsgate Care Centre is a residential home located close to the town centre and Royal Harbour which provides accomodation for 41 residents. About the role About the role Take key responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met Provide assessments for potential clients for the service Lead, motivate and mentor your team and provide clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home Carry out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our service users Promote our service users independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and strive for continuous improvement Communicate and liaise with other professionals involved in the well-being and care of our residents. As well as family members and other staff members Skills and experience About you NVQ level 3 or 5 is essential Previous Deputy experience, or an experienced Senior looking to take a step up Previous experience managing a large team Professional and compassionate Ramsgate Care Centre Address: 66-68 Boundary Road, , Ramsgate, Location: Ramsgate Ramsgate Care Centre is a residential home located close to the town centre and Royal Harbour which provides accomodation for 41 residents.
