NEW ROLE MARCH 2020. This Data Analyst role is based in Liverpool City Centre, this permanent full time opportunity will include managing client financial information with all aspects of analysis. Description Key duties within this Data Analyst role will include the following; Cleansing and maintaining client and matter data which is vital for compliance, billing, business development and firm reporting purposes. The role's objective is to achieve data quality and consistency across the firm's relevant databases. Responsible for cleansing and maintaining client and matter data in compliance with regulatory obligations. Running searches to identify incomplete or inaccurate data, and updating as required. Checking and verifying new data entries to ensure minimum data standards. Working closely with the business and key stakeholders to address data quality issues. Reviewing processes and procedures to ensure best practice is always implemented. Responsible for processing change requests to existing clients and matters where a risk review is not required. Conducting regular housekeeping tasks within the client and matter inception tool, Intake, and the practice management system, Aderant, in order to maintain an efficient and streamlined process. Profile The successful candidate for this Data Analyst role will have the following skills and experience; Experience of compliance and practice management systems in a law firm is desired. Excellent attention to detail and ability to research and succinctly present information compiled from various sources. Experience in dealing effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
