Working on a shift pattern of permanent nights, your role is essential in ensuring the factory continues operating safely and efficiently and ensuring a quick response to machinery downtime. Providing a niche, valuable product that supports renewable energy sectors such as biogas, water treatment, quarries and similar the company requires a Multiskilled Engineer with knowledge of industrial sectors to join them. Job Duties Fault diagnosis and rectification of electrical and mechanical assets and carry out repair work. Engage in continuous improvement activities and assist in plant start up and shutdown activities. Record all work on the company CMMS/asset management system. Become available to assist with emergency plant breakdown and cover, working overtime where required. Engineer Profile We require a mechanical: electrical dual skillset with a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in industrial engineering. We will consider applicants working in any industrial application such as quarrying, waste recycling, production manufacturing power generation or similar. A strong electrical background is required to undertake the responsibilities of this role on plant such as 3 phase electrical systems, inverter drives, motors, PLC controls.
