Adult Support Worker - Stratford upon Avon

Support Worker - Temporary - £9.20 - £9.77 Your new company Hays are recruiting experience residential support workers who are looking for temporary work in the Stratford upon Avon area. Your new role You will be providing support for adults with learning disabilities in a residential care setting. It will be your responsibility to ensure all care plans are followed, the service users are looked after in a professional manner, provide an appropriate level of personal care, and to administer medication where necessary. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need to have at least 6 months previous experience in a similar setting caring for adults with learning disabilities. You will need to be a caring person, who is confident working with service users and other members of staff. It would be ideal if you possess a Level 2 or 3 NVQ in health and social care, however applicants who apply without this will still be considered.
