Role details Up to £18.50ph Paid breaks Full time position – 42 hours Night Shifts Are you a registered nurse, either RGN or RMN, with an active NMC Pin number, confident in your clinical ability, an excellent communicator and exceptional team leader? If so, you could be the Night Manager we are searching for. Manager Responsibilities Taking responsibility for the well-being of the residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team and delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents.
