Opportunities are available for enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Care Assistants to join an established, purpose built Residential Home located in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands. Flexible full time and part time hours are available, including a choice of day, night or weekend shifts. Successful Senior Care Assistants will earn £8.50 to £9.01 per hour dependant on experience. Senior Care Assistants Responsibilities: You will consistently deliver a high standard of person-centred care to all our residents, working under the direction of the Deputy / Registered Manager. Continually ensure all residents are treated with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. Fully support or assist residents to maintain all activities of daily living, and ensure that their personal care, physical and emotional needs are met. Support all residents to maintain and enjoy an active and independent lifestyle as possible, taking into consideration their individual needs and personal choices. Ensure that all care is assessed, planned, evaluated, reviewed and implemented to a high standard, and make daily records on progress as required. Act as a role model to less experienced Care Assistants, providing support and direction, and ensure all tasks are delivered to a high standard. Ensure all residents, relatives, visitors and visiting professionals are addressed in a professional manner at all times.
