Food & Beverage Manager – Immersive Restaurant Experience Central London Up to £37,000 The Client: You will be working in one of the city’s leading immersive F&B experiences. They can do up to 700 for brunch and are a high-volume site taking over £100k a week. The Role: Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage professional to join our team. Working with the Head Chef and Bar and Restaurant team you will have the direct responsibility for the brand standards, food, drinks and guest experience. Making sure all tables are touched, there is a sense of occasion and really helping the team to deliver on customer experience. You will ensure operational excellence throughout every service. This will include creation of tools, communication plans, training, coaching and driving the guest journey to create an engaging culture for guests and staff to thrive within. Who will you be? We are looking for a driven and energetic individual who has a strong business acumen and a real passion for driving results, maximise revenues and deliver consistency in the food and beverage journey. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for delivering operational excellence in a high paced branded environment, with an out of the box attitude to delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for the coaching and developing of the food & beverage teams, ensuring brand standards and daily operational standards are maintained throughout the business with care consistency & passion. Ensuring that from recruitment through to daily operations, excellence is delivered through our people. Someone who is strong on the food side of the business is desirable.
