General Manager - Premium Pub & Dining Salary: Up to £45,000 plus bonus Location: Derby – live in an option MUST HAVE HIGH VOLUME EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED My client operates award winning pubs and restaurants across the UK, they are looking to attract a General Manager who can take on this stunning site. With a strong fresh food offer and average takings of £40k, we are looking for a leader and someone who can continue the fantastic job of the previous GM and add more value. The Role: This is a multifaceted operation with a strong dining and events business, there are also rooms within the operation. We are looking for warm, personable and guest obsessed individuals You will perform under pressure and understand the ethos and values of this company. An eagerness to learn is vital and a commercial head is essential. You will have experience of leading large teams and developing and mentoring your staffs. You will be passionate about people and service and love food & hospitality. This business is very entrepreneurial and encourages you to have a creative input, it’s a business that you get swept away with.
