Corporate Immigration Solicitor

A Top 200 practice based in Cheshire is looking for a Corporate Immigration Solicitor to join their Chester team on a permanent, full time basis. The Firm This practice are a commercial & corporate law firm that have a fantastic client base to include HNW national & international businesses to include SME's & FTSE listed companies. Your New Role In joining the team as a Corporate Immigration Solicitor, you will be tasked with establishing a new Corporate Immigration division. You will be provided with time and financial support to help boost the profile of this new department and establish them as one of the only corporate immigration teams in Cheshire. Daily duties will include: Running your own caseload Dealing with business development Handling cross-departmental referrals Assisting with marketing As this is a new team, you will not be tasked with unachievable targets, as the main responsibility is to get the department up and running before dealing with recruitment and expansion of the team. Candidate Profile The appointed Corporate Immigration Lawyer will require: 5 years' PQE as a Solicitor The ability to run your own caseload (consisting of a client following but also tapping into an existing client base) Excellent business development skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a first-class client service On Offer Salary for this Corporate Immigration Lawyer role is based on experience level, but will likely start around the £50,000 mark.
